Franciscan Medical Group, located in Tacoma Washington, is seeking a full-time Employee Relations Specialist to join the team. The Employee Relations Specialists are responsible for:
· Providing employee relations consultation to managers
· Serving as a point of contact for employees on employee relations issues
· Providing training and development services to managers and staff through active participation in department-specific performance improvement initiatives
· Staying current on and ensuring compliance with regulatory/legal requirements and Franciscan Health System policies and procedures.
Ours is a fast-paced environment. Our requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of HR experience, ideally in a unionized healthcare setting. PHR or SPHR are strongly preferred.
