Job Summary & Responsibilities
Puget Sound Energy’s Project Delivery department is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team!

This Administrative Specialist position will support two critical projects in PSE’s Finance Organization - the Financial Transparency and Improvement Project and the Project Management Initiative. The selected candidate will work closely with the project teams for both projects especially the project managers and the organizational change managers. They will need to use various computer applications to input and update employee information, review and pay invoices, create charts, correspondence, reports and other work as needed. Position will perform basic data gathering, data entry, and research in support of management as well as organize and coordinate meetings for department personnel.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school education or equivalent.
• Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Previous administrative support experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• SAP experience.
• Dashboard reporting from MS Project and Excel experience.
• SharePoint experience.
• Experience working in a utility.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
