Commercial Property Manager Trainee
Cascade Pacific Real Estate Services, LLC seeks a professional Commercial Property Manager Trainee that is responsible for assisting in property operations; ensuring positive tenant relations and complying with all reporting. The primary purpose of this position is to learn the business by working closely with the Owner to achieve maximum potential for our properties and tenants. The Commercial Property Manager Trainee must be committed to creating value and profitability and providing the highest level of tenant service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Gather information on Properties * Responds to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff to resolve problems promptly. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. * Ensures periodic regular property inspection. Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Supervises vendor services as required. * Assisting in working with the annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances. * Assisting in preparation of all required legal notices. Recommends and coordinates legal action as necessary per lease terms. * Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges. * Processing of new leases in accordance with developed procedures.
REQUIREMENTS * Active Washington Real Estate license – to be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. * BOMA and IREM Certifications to be obtained within 3 years of employment. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, efficiency in Excel a MUST! * Business Degree, Finance or Accounting preferred.
