Program

Description:
The Family Preservation System provides an integrated and flexible array of strengths-based therapeutic services and supports to families and children with complex therapeutic needs. Family Preservation Services are delivered primarily in the client’s home or community and are designed to reinforce the strengths of the family to prevent the out-of-home placement of a child or prepare for the return home of a child from out-of-home care. Services focus on empowering the family to effectively use their strengths and abilities to address their needs and challenges with the primary goals of supporting them to become self-sufficient and to strengthen their relationships with community and natural supports that can sustain their long term success.
Position Description:
Under the direction of the NorthEnd Site Director, this position will provide direct support to site leadership regarding data, outcomes and financial impacts to include time sensitive assignments. This position requires a high level of confidentiality.











Essential Functions:
* Respond in a timely manner to staff and front desk inquiries, providing resources and information, directing staff to the correct source. * Receives requests for information, advises the requester of available information or refers the individual to the appropriate staff person. * Type, from rough draft and verbal instruction, letters, memos, forms, reports, notes, reviews and other documents. Revise forms as needed. * Schedule and coordinate meetings with community partners. * Maintain and schedule the calendar for the Site Director. * Create flyers, emails and presentations when needed. * Plan and coordinate events held by the NorthEnd leadership. * Provides back-up to other Operations Team members to include covering phones, special projects, training coordination and support in quality assurance. * Organize data and information into usable formats. * Track FAST and WRAP consumers at intake and exit by using current data collection system. * Maintain FAST and WRAP client lists and develop reports for leadership team on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. * Maintain and distribute tracking lists for Health Home, referrals and rollovers. * Assist and conduct reference calls for potential candidates. * Prepare and send the Request to Open to Human Resources for approval and posting. * Assist the Office Coordinator with tracking applicants. * Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* Associate’s degree or equivalent in experience. * Experience entering data into the PsychConsult Database. * Two years’ administrative support services experience working in an office with progressively increasing duties. * Strong computer skills especially in MS Office. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. * Typing 50 words per minute, 10-key by touch. * Experience with multi-line phone system. * Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto registration and automobile insurance. * Must have an acceptable driving record per CCS’ driving policy (required to provide current driving abstract). * Applicant must successfully pass required background checks prior to an offer of employment. * Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. * Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services. * Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience working in a non-profit organization. * Familiarity with social service/mental health terminology and practices.
