Job Summary:
We are looking for Selling Specialists to work the Ralph Lauren merchandise tent at the 2015 US Open at Chambers Bay. This sales support position would be working with men's & women's branded apparel during the two week golf tournament. The main focus for the event is sales generation, customer service and light merchandising as needed throughout each day. The ideal candidate should have high end sales experience and is a golf enthusiast.
Project Dates:
June 11 2015 through June 23 2015
Required Hours:
Must work a minimum of 32-40 hours
Preferred Experience:
1. 2+ years of retail sales experience within a department / specialty store setting
2. Excellent interpersonal, professional and communication skills
3. Proven retail sales experience;
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
1. Sales -- Selling men's or women's apparel and branded merchandise
2. Relationship building -- Establishing and building strong partnerships with all levels of event management and sales staff
3. Maintenance -- Ensure proper product placement and that shop is filled with current merchandise daily
