Human Resources Representative
Description:
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for performing all front desk and back office duties while providing superior guest service during all interactions with internal and external personnel. Duties include reception, preparing and distributing all annual correspondence, tracking and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, assisting staff and new hires with uniform needs and providing key administrative support to areas within the Human Resources division. Performs other job related duties as assigned by department manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred; Associates degree in business or related field is required. Must have a minimum of two years clerical/administrative experience in similar organization with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent phone etiquette with general front desk skills is essential with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must be familiar with an HRIS program preferably Ultipro. Human Resources experience is required. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
All of our positions generally require the following:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be able to stand for 8 hours
* Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
* Ability to tolerate working in a smoke filled environment
