Peace Community Center is hiring for our open High School Program Director position. The HS Program Director is a full time, salaried staff position whose primary role is to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Hilltop Scholars' High School Phase, ensuring that students participating in program graduate high school academically prepared to complete a post-secondary education with a focus on four-year college.
Primary responsibilities include leading Academic Coaching, After- School Tutoring, and Summer Program interventions as well as building a strong community among our Hilltop Scholar students and connecting with their families. This position partners closely with the College & Career Director to support college readiness at the high school level.
