Job Summary & Responsibilities
Puget Sound Energy is building a new Customer and System Projects organization encompassing preconstruction activities such as project management, design, engineering and permitting. We are empowering employees to deliver first-rate customer service, building the distribution system knowledge and capabilities needed to ensure business continuity and expanding the career development opportunities available. This role will perform basic data gathering, data entry, and research in support of management and department personnel. Organize and coordinate meetings for department personnel. This person must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, meet deadlines, use independent and discretionary judgment, and coordinate tasks and assignments simultaneously, as well as interact at the Officer level with professionalism. They will need to use various computer applications to create charts, correspondence, reports and other work as needed.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School education or equivalent
• Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
• Previous administrative support experience (for the specialist level)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience working in a utility
• Experience using SAP
• Superior attention to detail
• Advanced organizational/multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Strong written/verbal skills
