Inside Sales Representative

Requirements
 Phone sales with customers to uncover their needs and provide proper solutions
 Outbound phone prospecting with follow-up calls and emails to qualify new leads in a targeted market
 Handling inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
 Establish rates and price quotes for customers ranging from LTL, TL, Logistics and other company services
 Successfully meeting sales and conversion quotas established for the commercial sales team
 Investigating and troubleshooting customer service and operational issues
 Delivering qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate
 Keeping current on Company service offerings and marketing efforts
 Inputting all sales call activity into CRM system for knowledge management and reporting
 Providing support and order information to Account Managers as needed
 Preparing professional customer presentations or marketing materials in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 Administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
 High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
 Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and practical situations
 Ability to convert between the US and Metric system of measure and weight
 General computer knowledge with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet required
 Strong grammar, spelling, and administrative skills required
 Must be punctual, reliable and organized
 The ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities in a safe and ethical manner
 An enthusiastic and positive work attitude with strong interpersonal skills
 Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and appearance
 Drives high level of customer satisfaction

Job Title: Credit and Collections Supervisor Job

POSITION PROFILE (Job Summary)
This position is responsible for the protection, reporting and collection of the trade accounts receivable assets and the control of credit extension. The position is a full-time exempt position.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS
 Directly supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
 Supervision and management of the Credit and Collections Department, providing corporate policy and internal procedures and guidelines pertaining to credit and collections.
 Provide guidelines and procedures for tariff, contracts and inter-departmental processes with the ultimate goal of maximizing cash flow through improved procedures.
 Approval and control of customer related volume agreements and responsibility for the control of the operating system customer information to avoid duplication and provide credit control.
 Major accounts reconciliation and customer negotiation in the event of account and/or documentation disputes.
 Researches, identifies, and resolves root causes for invoice disputes and communicates action plan with account management.
 Uses expert skills with Microsoft Excel and Word to analyze portfolio trends and report findings.
 Prepares Weekly Aging Reports
 Develops and implements processes and procedures.
 Ensures and monitors the departments KPI’s and ensures they are met on a regular basis.
 Monitors Tier 1 customer account records, initiates contact to resolve delinquency issues, keeps portfolio under assigned targets, and works with commercial team to facilitate timely collection while maintaining positive customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
 High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (in accounting, finance, business or related field).
 Five years related accounting/finance experience.
 Three years minimum accounting supervisory experience.
 Transportation industry experience a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Knowledge of laws regulating credit and collection practices.
 Working knowledge of accounting software.
 Good accounting skills.
