Pathways Program at McGladrey (Tacoma/Seattle, WA)

What is The McGladrey Pathways Program? 
The McGladrey Pathways Program is designed to give university accounting students an insight as to what McGladrey is all about, as well as allow us to get to know each other better. It’s a mix of a little business and a lot of fun!
Pathways Program participants have the opportunity to get a firsthand look at our firm through a variety of activities in which a mix of our employees will be involved. After participating in the Pathways Program, we hope that you will have a good idea of why McGladrey could be the right fit for you! What type of activities will be included in the Pathways Program?
* Introduction to McGladrey and the public accounting industry
* Open Q&A session with our staff
* Creative networking and team building activities
* Audit, Tax and Consulting panel discussion
* Interaction with a McGladrey client
* Fun community service activity

What are the qualifications required of a Pathways participant?
* Accounting students who are in their Junior or Senior year or pursuing a 5th year program
* Minimum 3.0 GPA
* US Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Team players who are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
* Show a desire to be client service focused
* Possess good communication and computer skills

When and where are the 2015 McGladrey Pathways Program events?
We are hosting our Seattle/Tacoma Pathways Program on July 28th – July 30th
How can I apply to participate? We will be interviewing on campus the week of May 4th. The position has been posted via the career center.
