MARKETING INTERN FOR BUSY REAL ESTATE OFFICE
You are a smart, tech savvy student, detail oriented and motivated self-starter with a knowledge of social media and marketing. You are excited for the opportunity to learn about Real Estate while being pivotal to the expansion of a very busy commercial and residential Real Estate business. You are flexible, this is a part time internship marketing position that may include daytime, evening and/or weekend hours. 
Responsibilities:
 Create outgoing content for quality newsletters, email marketing, ​print and USPS ​mailings,
  property flyers and other associated media distribution as needed
 Identify trends in related content topics, quality, and format
 Manage and maintain a database of subscribers
 Foster community engagement via online interactions through ​social media content,
  automation, and search engine optimization 
 Provide weekly updates and status readouts to management
 Research all available on­line, web based, real estate marketing tools including but not
  limited to CRM, as well as alternative/specialty avenues 
Qualified candidates will have:
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Attention to detail and an eye for the aesthetic
 Interest in real estate
Candidates with these experiences will receive special consideration:
 Experience in a professional work environment
 Experience as a user in one or more social photo­sharing communities
  (Instagram,  Pinterest, Facebook, Flickr, Google + etc.)
 Experience working remotely
 Experience identifying and analyzing marketing trends
 Experience in video shooting and editing
 Adept at graphic design

What is The McGladrey Pathways Program?

Brian Halquist Productions - PR, Marketing, and Social Networking Internship (University Place, WA)

Internship Specializing in PR, Marketing and Social Networking


Brian Halquist Productions is a rapidly growing combative sports promoter out of University Place,
WA. BHP promotes both the Battle at the Boat and CageSport programs held at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, WA. In addition we also promote several professional fighters.

We are looking for an intern to be directly involved with the social media, customer service, and marketing efforts of BHP. The intern will mainly be helping with and must have working knowledge of Facebook and Twitter accounts, customer inquiries, company blog, and email campaigns. Our main focus will be to leverage all social media platforms to establish and maintain a broader audience within our target demographic, turning both current and new contacts into monthly ticket sales.

Knowledge of boxing and MMA is helpful, but not required. If you're looking to gain experience with social media campaigns along with an entry in the entertainment business, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


Please note that the internship is unpaid. Interns will be required commit to at least 10-15 hours/week in our University Place office.
