Job Summary & Responsibilities
Puget Sound Energy’s Continuity Planning Department is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team! This position will perform data gathering, data entry, and research in support of management as well as organize and coordinate meetings for department personnel. This person must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, meet deadlines, use independent and discretionary judgment, and coordinate tasks and assignments simultaneously, as well as interact at the Officer level with professionalism. They will need to use various computer applications to create or update documents, charts, correspondence, reports and other work as needed.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School education or equivalent
• Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
• Previous administrative support experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience working in a utility
• Experience using SAP
• Superior attention to detail
• Advanced organizational/multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio) • Strong written/verbal skills
