POSITION: EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT (Tukwila, WA) Full Time Position
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Employment Consultants play an important role in our dynamic organization by assisting people with disabilities in finding meaningful careers. This is accomplished through a combination of networking with businesses and educating employers about the advantages of workforce diversity. Once you convince a business to hire a candidate referred by Vadis, the Employment Consultant goes onto the job site to support the business as they train their new employee. The Employment Consultant remains on the job site as long as needed and then makes periodic check-in visits to provide consultation that leads to job retention and career growth. SALARY: Entry Level Salary: Up to $2500 month DOQ
