Working in the Work Management Center of Buildings and Grounds (B&G), this position serves as a centralized point of contact for communications needed for the B&G Section. As part of the Work Management Center, this position receives and processes communications, deploys trades members to respond to and resolve issues and provide maintenance services in support of maintenance & repair for DES owned property within Thurston County. It will serve as a liaison between the B&G employees and their clients and customers receiving and processing requests for work and/or service, prioritizing and recording those requests, dispatching staff; gathering and recording data, and preparing billing invoices and reports. This position is required to work independently, resolving problems and providing coordination of response to building alarms, passengers stuck in elevators, and other emergency situations.
