POSITION: FLASH Consultant
BRIEF
DESCRIPTION: Join us in an effort to expand! The FLASH Consultant, under the supervision of the VP of Program Services, is primarily responsible for vocational case management and facilitation of life skills training for youth who experience homelessness.

SALARY/
BENEFITS: * Part-time hourly position * $12.00 to $12.50 per hour to start * Medical/Dental/Vision * Vacation and Sick leave * 10 paid holidays * 403(b) retirement plan with employer match * Regular salary reviews * Mileage reimbursement
MANDATORY
QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma * Reliable transportation * Valid Washington state driver’s license * Auto insurance * Documentation of favorable driving record * Able to pass extensive criminal background check * Good networking skills * Superb computer skills * Ability to speak in front of groups of people * Experience in facilitating trainings to young adults * Exceptional ability to work in a collaborative partnership with other service agencies * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Excellent oral and written communication

DESIRABLE
QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of community resources for young adults who experience homelessness * Knowledge of sales job development, recruitment and employment disciplines * Ability to work on multiple projects with clarity and distinction * Experience working with the homeless community * Self-motivated and able to work independently
