FISHERIES BIOLOGIST: The Fisheries Biologist manages and directs the tribal fish hatchery, coordinates data collection, analyzes data and provides advice to the Tribe on multiple specie harvest units throughout the year. The incumbent will also be required to negotiate species harvests (time and number) with Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree with three years directly related experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in related field with five years directly related experience required. Prefer experience with American Indian/Alaska Native communities. (opened until filled)

HUMAN RESOURECS DIRECTOR: Directs the Human Resources Department providing internal human resources support services in accordance with the provisions of the Tribe’s Personnel Policies. Plans, organizes and directs programs, include training and development, risk management, selection and testing, classification and compensation, benefit administration, and Human Resources Management Systems. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Master degree in related field and five (5) years directly related experience required. Prefer experience with American Indian/Alaska Native communities. Prefer NNAHRA, Tribal PHR, PHR, or SPHR Certification. (opened until filled)

EARLY HEAD START TEACHER: Provides developmentally appropriate classroom environment that will provide for social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs. Also assists in guiding parents toward interaction and care of children in the program. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associates degree in Early Childhood Education required for Head Start. For Early Head Start, Infant Toddler CDA required with training plan to complete Associates degree upon timeframe. Prefer two (2) years’ experience serving child populations in the areas of child development, early childhood education, principles of child health, safety and nutrition, adult learning principles, and family dynamics. Prefer experience working with children

and families, preferably in Native American Communities.

TGA Surveillance : Responsible for monitoring all operations of the facility to protect property and tribal assets, reputation and standards, including compliance with applicable State, Federal and Tribal laws and regulations, compliance with department policies and procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years’ experience in casino games supervision or equivalent experience in casino gaming experience surveillance.

Fisheries Tech. Trainee: Perform various tasks surrounding the Management of Fish and Wildlife within the reservation boundaries and in the surround areas as deemed appropriate. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED equivalent with 2 years related experience.

CORRECTIONS OFFICER: Provide care and custody of prisoners incarcerated in the Chehalis Tribal Jail and maintain order and discipline amongst inmates. Participate in the day-to-day operations of the jail which involves, but is not limited to, booking and releasing offenders, maintaining security of the facility, escorting offenders within and/or outside the secure confines of the jail, effectively managing volatile and violent offenders, and fulfilling a number of clerical duties. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED with at least two years directly related experience preferred. Some higher education preferred. Prefer experience with American Indian/ Alaska Native communities.
