What we need: ·        Manage and facilitate the pre & post sale processes for online products. ·        Troubleshoot issues with inventory, accounting, and ad traffic and take the initiative to solve problems quickly. ·        Assist in pulling sales reports and site metrics for advertisers and Account Executives. Act as a liaison between the creative department and Account Executives or clients. ·        Contacts clients and agencies regarding ad insertions, creative, billing discrepancies, etc. ·        Assists in coordinating special sales projects and station initiatives. ·        Responds to incoming phone calls from clients. ·        Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Sales Managers. Provide backup support to Receptionist on a rotation basis.   What you need: ·        College degree with minimum of 2 years related experience preferred. ·        Must have the ability to interact productively and positively with fellow employees in a team environment.  ·        Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities. ·        Excellent verbal and written communications skills. ·        Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point is required. ·        Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. ·        Experience with Google DART, Comscore, and Omniture is a plus.
