Duties: | |
POSITION PROFILE As the Integration Solution Specialist Support, this position is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support for enterprise integration solutions and actively supports the DES Integration Team. Serves as technical support to the Integration Services Team in solving critical data and system integration problems. YOUR DUTIES This position serves as the operational support for the integration software platforms and mission critical integration solutions. This position designs and codes simple Data Exchange solutions, integrating DES mission-critical solutions with systems managed by other state agencies. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position works in a standard office environment. The typical workweek is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is overtime exempt and will be required to work additional hours outside the regularly scheduled hours to meet business needs. Minimal travel within Olympia will be required. | |
Qualifications: | |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (experience can be concurrent) Five years of information technology experience including two years of experience in integration software server administration, troubleshooting and resolving WebSphere MQ application and connection issues, gathering and documenting technical requirements for data integration solutions, AND possess the required knowledge and abilities listed below.
OR
An Associate’s degree OR equivalent two (2) years of vocational training in a technical field AND three (3) years of experience integration software server administration, troubleshooting and resolving Websphere MQ application and connection issues, gathering and documenting technical requirements for data integration solutions, AND possess the required knowledge and abilities listed below.
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related technical/business discipline AND two (2) years of experience integration software server administration, troubleshooting and resolving Websphere MQ application and connection issues, gathering and documenting technical requirements for data integration solutions, AND possess the required knowledge and abilities listed below.
