Description
The primary role of the Reserve Field Manager is to utilize effective sales, communication, organization and relationship building skills, to build long term relationships with satisfied candidates so as to exceed district and recruiting goals. This position is for 2 years and then the selected candidate may become a District Manager in another state.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Maintain a positive solutions-oriented attitude and always present yourself in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
•Recruit new Insurance Agency Business Owners by presenting and selling the two Agency Acquisition programs Farmers Insurance has developed.
•Educate candidates on the two Agency Acquisition programs.
•Build long term relationships with customers through honest, ethical behavior that is consistent with company values.
•Provide great customer service to build long term relationships and satisfied customers.
•Exceed monthly recruiting quotas every month.
•Make a minimum of 10 high quality face-to-face presentations each week with prospective candidates (not limited to 9am-5pm).
•Utilize prospecting and orginizational skills to find and acquire a minimum of two new clients per month.
•Effectively utilize company recruiting and District Manager systems.
•Complete daily call reports each day and submit them to the office prior to Monday of the following week and immediately following month end.
•Apply knowledge and understanding of our products, condition management programs, and services to meet customer needs.
•Share successful account contact strategies with the team and provide input for the team-selling environment.
•Continually improve product knowledge and communication skills through a personal commitment to learning and personal growth.
•Attend company sponsored sales meetings and seminars. (not limited to 9am — 5pm, M — F)
•Use telephone sales skill to obtain 2 appointments per day for the District Recruiter.
Skills/AbiIities:
•Professional appearance, demonstrates strong communication skills •Demonstrates knowledge and use of sales process tools
•Demonstrates advanced product knowledge:
•Maintains and exhibits a positive mental attitude.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must speak English fluently. Bilingual in Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Tagalog, PLUS but NOT required.
•Ability to demonstrate sound time management skills.
•Must be open-minded and flexible in different situations.
•Personal computer capabilities with e-mail and Microsoft Office programs.
•Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Mandarin or Cantonese a
Must have personal transportation, be willing to travel within a large territory, work evenings and
weekends when required and have a communication link with the Executive Recruiting Manager, District Manager, and Agency Business Consultant. This position reports directly to the Executive Recruiter.
